Terms of Service

Last updated 9 September 2026

Who you are contracting with

Steepfeed is operated by Ising Digital Sàrl, Route de Cuarnens 3b, 1308 La Chaux (Cossonay), Switzerland — “we” in what follows. Reach us at contact@isingdigital.ch.

The service

Steepfeed generates images and carousels from prompts you write, and publishes the ones you approve to a TikTok account you have connected. It is a tool you operate; it does not decide what to post. Using Steepfeed means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13, old enough to hold a TikTok account in your country, and authorised to post to the TikTok account you connect.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself.
  • You can connect more than one account. Each project publishes as the one account bound to it, and you choose which; a post is fixed to the account you selected when you composed it, so changing a project’s account later never redirects a post you already queued.

You approve every post

  • Nothing reaches TikTok that you have not composed and approved. Steepfeed never writes a post on its own, and never publishes content you have not seen.
  • Once you have approved a post you choose when it goes out: immediately, or at a time you schedule. A scheduled post is released exactly as you approved it — same image, same caption, same settings. Automatic release is off until you turn it on, everything queued is visible on your Schedule page, and you can cancel a scheduled post any time before it goes out.
  • You choose who can see each post, whether comments are allowed, and whether the post discloses commercial content. We do not preselect these for you.
  • You are the author of every post published through Steepfeed, and you are responsible for its content — including a post published by a schedule you set.

Your content and AI-generated images

  • You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts you write and the images generated from them. We claim no ownership and do not reuse your images for anything other than delivering this service to you.
  • Images made here are generated by an AI model. TikTok requires realistic AI-generated content showing people, places or events to be labelled as AI-generated. Applying that label is your responsibility, and the composer reminds you before you publish.
  • You may not publish content that breaks TikTok’s Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, Branded Content Policy or Music Usage Confirmation, or anyone else’s rights. TikTok can remove posts and suspend accounts, and we cannot undo that.
  • We do not add watermarks, logos, links or promotional text to your images, and you should not ask a prompt to add them either — TikTok prohibits it.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Steepfeed to impersonate anyone, to post on an account you do not control, or to evade a restriction TikTok has placed on an account.
  • Do not attempt to bypass the review step, drive the publish or schedule actions programmatically, or use the service to post at machine speed.
  • We may suspend an account that does any of the above, or that puts our TikTok API access at risk.

Availability and limits

The service is provided as is. Publishing depends on TikTok’s API, which imposes its own rate limits and can reject or fail a post for reasons outside our control; when that happens we show you the reason TikTok gave. We do not guarantee that a post will be published, that a scheduled post will go out at the exact minute you chose, that it will remain published, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Ending it

You can disconnect a TikTok account, or revoke every TikTok grant and delete your TikTok data, at any time from your Account page; the same page closes your account and erases everything we hold. What each one removes is set out in the Privacy Policy. We may end your access if you breach these terms. Posts already published remain on TikTok and only you can remove them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction that the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use Steepfeed after a change means you accept it.
